Bruce Springsteen "Incident At Avery Fisher Hall" Kivak Master Series – 1974 Vol 1 Avery Fisher Hall Lincoln Center, NY October 4, 1974 Cassette>CD>Magix/Roxio>flac The “incident” that happened at Avery Fisher Hall was at the end of Quarter To Three when the stage collapsed. A fan recalls the incident and no one was hurt. This is 1974Vol 1 of the Kivak Master Series. Future volumes of 1974 are forthcoming. According to BruceBase the circulating copy of this show is in mediocre quality. Now we have a major upgrade! This one runs at the correct speed and the sound is balanced. I don’t have “Cupid In The City” to compare it, but going by the comments on BruceBase, this should be an improvement to the existing copy. The sound is very good, maybe even better depending on how you rate your shows. You can even hear Bruce’s dialogue clearer on the setup for “She’s the One.” Listen to the bells at beginning of Jungleland! Stunning and beautiful! A big thanks once again to Joe Kivak for providing the original source and to Mr Anonymous for performing the cassette to CD transfer and of course for hooking me up! Mr Anonymous and Fanatic Records bring you 1974 Vol 1 of the Kivak Master Series! I love this show and I hope you will too!
